Clery Act: Reported Crimes

All Reported Crimes: Involving bodily injury that manifest evidence that the victim was intentionally selected because of the victim's actual or perceived race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or disability.

Reported Crimes: Involving crimes that must be reported in the annual report prepared by the campus police authority and of the crimes reported to the campus police authority and/or the local police department as required by the Clery Act. These crimes include aggravated assault; arson; burglary; negligent manslaughter; murder and non-negligent manslaughter; robbery; sex offenses, forcible and non-forcible; vehicle theft. The table lists the crimes reported that manifest evidence that the victim was intentionally selected because of the victim's actual or perceived race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or disability.

The University of Indianapolis has had no reports of crimes motivated by bias resulting in bodily injury. There were no bias-motivated crimes in the nine categories listed above for 2006, 2005, and 2004.
