Clery Act: Reported Crimes
| As required by the Clery Act, Title II of 1990's Public Law 101-542, and the 1998 amendments, the Chief of University Police compiles a tally of crimes reported on campus; totals are published in tables herein. |

Grand Total includes Total plus crimes specified by the Clery Act reported to the University of Indianapolis Police Department that do not meet the Geographic requirement set forth by the Act; or are "statistic only" reports from the counseling center.
The Clery Act also requires that a disclosure of arrests for liquor law violations, drug law violations, and illegal weapons possessions be made. Persons who were referred for campus disciplinary action for liquor law violations, drug law violations, and illegal weapons possession are included in the following table.
