Persons who have accumulated excessive unpaid
traffic citations may have their vehicles immobilized
or towed as determined by the Chief of Police.
Persons whose vehicles are being placed on the
immobilization or towing list will be notified
in writing via campus mail or the "best
known" home address. Persons may have vehicles
removed from the list by paying all delinquent
fines. Violators who have been placed on a boot/tow
list are expected to discontinue violating parking
regulations. Subsequent parking violations may
result in the loss of parking privileges on
university property. Any vehicle that is in
violation of reserved parking, blocking the
free access of aisles or lanes, blocking a properly
parked vehicle, or parked in a reserved parking
space may be towed.
